  6. Use of Keyboard and Touch Typing in more detail
  7. Getting accustomed to using voice-assist software and screen reading and using simple programs, menus, and short cuts
  8. Understanding how to perform various tasks on a computer using shortcuts.
  9. Refresher on Microsoft Windows, Office Suite and Word.
  10. Introduction to advanced operations in Windows and Word.
  11. Advanced features of Word & EXCEL
